Eligibility

Qualification: Common law qualified lawyer (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, etc.).

Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate, M&A, and commercial transactions.

Exposure to investment funds or offshore jurisdictions will be highly valued.

Preference for candidates currently based outside the Middle East who are open to relocation.

Strong academic and professional background from a top-tier international law firm.
Roles and Responsibilities

Advising clients on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.

Managing end-to-end deal execution and client communication.

Supporting cross-border transactions and coordinating with global offices.

Providing legal opinions and assisting in drafting key transaction documents.
