Mahindra Finance is inviting applications for the position of Manager/Senior Manager – Legal Operations to join its Head Office in Mumbai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals to contribute to one of India’s leading financial institutions by managing legal operations, arbitration matters, and litigation processes across multiple domains.
Eligibility:

10–15 years of experience managing Legal Operations at a corporate Head Office.

Strong expertise in Arbitration, Section 34, Execution, Section 9, Section 138, and Criminal cases.

Experience in handling system-related legal issues and operational processes.

Excellent drafting skills and proficiency in Excel.

Proven ability to independently manage stakeholders and coordinate with multiple teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage legal operations and litigation portfolios across various jurisdictions.

Handle arbitration, execution, and criminal proceedings efficiently.

Ensure timely drafting, review, and filing of pleadings and legal documents.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for case strategy and compliance.

Address system-related issues and streamline operational processes within the legal department.

Provide regular updates to senior management on case status and operational progress.
