Who can apply?

Candidates with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation.

Prior exposure to tax or commercial litigation will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting pleadings, written submissions, and case briefs.

Conduct legal research and support in case preparation for hearings.

Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials.

Work closely on tax and related litigation matters before various forums.
