About the Role:
A Delhi-based law office led by Purva Kohli is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in Delhi High Court practice (original side) and arbitrations. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage in high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters while working closely with senior counsel and clients.
Eligibility:

LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.

3–4 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, particularly in the Delhi High Court.

Strong drafting, analytical, and strategic skills.

Ability to manage cases independently and coordinate with clients effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court and arbitration proceedings.

Develop case strategies and prepare detailed briefs for senior counsel.

Conduct legal research and ensure accurate interpretation of laws and precedents.

Attend hearings, assist in client meetings, and coordinate litigation workflow.
