About the Role:
Talent Compliance India Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Researcher to work on impactful compliance projects across industries. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in labour law research and business licensing.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on Central & State labour laws (CLRA, Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, etc.)

Analyse sector-wise and state-wise licensing & registration requirements

Draft compliance checklists, SOPs, and legal advisories
-
Track amendments, notifications, and judicial developments
-
Support legal due diligence and regulatory audits
-
Maintain legal trackers and databases
-
Collaborate with legal, client servicing, and compliance teams
Eligibility:
-
LL.B. from a recognised university
-
1–2 years’ experience in a legal/compliance firm or consultancy
-
Strong grasp of Indian labour laws & licensing frameworks
-
Familiarity with Manupatra, SCC Online, Labour Law Reporter

Proficiency in MS Word & Excel

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
