About the Role:
TeamLease Regtech is looking for a motivated and experienced Legal Research professional to join our growing team in a hybrid setup based in Pune. This role involves interpreting complex laws, working closely with CXOs and compliance officers, and contributing to a robust, tech-driven compliance platform.
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: Minimum 2 years in legal research (team handling experience is mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret Central and State Acts, notifications, and policy documents

Differentiate between actionable and non-actionable compliances

Determine industry-specific compliance applicability

Update the compliance platform in line with legal developments

Respond to feedback from quality audits and reviews
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in legal compliance and regulatory research

Strong communication and presentation skills

Confidence in engaging with CXOs and senior-level professionals
