A reputed conglomerate in Mumbai is seeking a Finance Lawyer with 10–12 years of experience to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from Mumbai or nearby regions to advance their careers while staying close to home.
Role Highlights:

Lead and execute complex debt finance transactions, including external commercial borrowings (ECBs), debt syndications, and structured lending arrangements.

Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, and other finance documentation.

Provide strategic advisory on regulatory and compliance matters under RBI, FEMA, and other relevant financial regulations.

Support partners in client relationship management, business development, and mentoring junior team members.
Ideal Candidate:

LLB degree from a Tier 1 law school preferred.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Prior experience in law firms or corporate in-house legal teams handling finance matters.
