Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. is seeking an immediate joiner for its litigation team in Delhi. The role requires a legal professional with 1+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the mortgage industry, NBFC, or banking sector, with a focus on litigation.
Eligibility

Minimum 1 year PQE in mortgage industry/NBFC/bank (litigation)

Strong knowledge of the SARFAESI Act

Familiarity with the Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, and criminal litigation

Experience in drafting and vetting Section 13(2) and Section 13(4) notices and publications

Willingness to work closely with the recovery team
Roles and Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters related to the mortgage industry

Draft and vet SARFAESI notices and publications

Collaborate with internal teams, particularly the recovery department

Manage cases under relevant statutes including consumer and criminal laws
