Reliance ARC is inviting applications for the position of Legal Manager at its Mumbai office. Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B.) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior exposure to litigation and SARFAESI-related cases is essential.
- Willingness to travel to other cities as part of the role.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage litigation matters independently and in coordination with external counsel.
- Work on SARFAESI-related proceedings and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents.
- Support the team in strategising and executing recovery and resolution processes.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and ensure effective representation of the company’s interests.
