Eligibility Criteria:
• Law graduate (LL.B.) from a recognised institution
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) or entertainment law
• Strong understanding of deal-making, IP rights, licensing, and commercial agreements in the creative industries
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to content creation, licensing, talent management, brand deals, and digital rights
• Advise internal teams and founders on legal and strategic aspects of ongoing and upcoming projects
• Stay involved in business structuring, risk assessment, and partnership development
• Engage directly with stakeholders and decision-makers on legal and commercial matters
• Contribute to building processes and frameworks that support the growth of the organisation
Skills Required:
