About:
Infosys is seeking a Legal Counsel – Mergers and Acquisitions to join its corporate legal team in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting Infosys’ M&A, investment, and corporate development activities from a legal perspective, including cross-border transactions and ensuring compliance with global regulatory norms.
Eligibility:

Post-qualification experience of 4+ years in corporate law with a focus on M&A.

Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A transaction documents.

Strong knowledge of due diligence processes and ability to lead transaction closings.

Excellent attention to detail and corporate legal acumen.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Support Infosys’ M&A, investment, and corporate development initiatives legally.

Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets, definitive agreements, and closing documents.

Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing, liaising with external counsel when required.

Ensure compliance with global regulatory norms for cross-border transactions.
