Eligibility

8–12 years of professional experience

Strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions, General Corporate Advisory, and Commercial Contracts

Experience in stakeholder management and handling litigation will be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Advising on and executing M&A transactions
-
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
-
Providing general corporate legal advisory to the business
-
Managing stakeholder expectations and regulatory compliance
-
Coordinating with external counsel for litigation and disputes
