About the Opportunity:
A leading manufacturing company is seeking to appoint a Legal Counsel for its Coimbatore office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for mid-level legal professionals to handle a diverse portfolio of corporate legal work, including litigation, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property.
Eligibility:

LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.

3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal role.

Strong background in litigation management, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Prior exposure to IP-related matters will be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle litigation and consumer matters in coordination with external counsels.

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.

Manage compliance and regulatory filings relevant to the manufacturing sector.

Oversee and advise on intellectual property protection and enforcement.
