About:
Law Matters & Associates, a Noida-based law firm, is hiring a Legal Associate to handle litigation before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and District Courts, Delhi. This role provides hands-on experience in civil and debt recovery litigation.
Eligibility:

LL.B (3-year or 5-year course)
-
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation

Strong drafting, research, and court appearance skills
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft and file pleadings, applications, and legal documents

Coordinate with clients and manage case-related communications

Appear in DRT and District Courts for hearings and submissions

Conduct legal research to support ongoing litigation
