Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university; additional qualifications will be an advantage
- Prior experience in corporate law and related practice areas preferred
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (written and spoken)
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize assignments

- Drafting and vetting of legal documents, agreements, and pleadings
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities
- Assisting in arbitration and insolvency-related matters
- Providing legal advisory services and communicating effectively with clients
