About the Opportunity
Chambers of Advocate Puneet Sharma is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for recently enrolled advocates who are eager to build their litigation skills and gain practical exposure in diverse areas of law including civil, criminal, service, medical and education-related litigation. The office regularly handles matters before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, local courts, tribunals, and commissions.
Eligibility
-
Freshly graduated law students or advocates with 0–1 years of experience (PQE 0–1)

Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council as an Advocate

Strong drafting and language skills
-
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
-
Familiarity with procedures of courts in the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)
-
Must own a personal laptop
-
Preference will be given to local residents of the Tricity area or those willing to relocate
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Assist in drafting petitions, applications, and legal opinions
-
Appear before local courts, tribunals, and the Punjab & Haryana High Court
-
Conduct legal research and prepare case notes
-
Coordinate with clients and court clerks
-
Support in administrative and file management tasks as required
