Roles and Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil litigation and ADR proceedings, including arbitration and mediation.

Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal opinions.

Appear before various courts, tribunals, and forums.

Conduct legal research and case strategy development.

Collaborate with the litigation team on complex disputes.
