A leading organisation in the MENA region is inviting applications for the position of Legal Affairs and Compliance Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site position offers a strategic opportunity to provide legal and compliance support across multiple jurisdictions while engaging with high-level regulatory and corporate governance frameworks.
Eligibility:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.

Minimum 5 years of experience in legal affairs, compliance, or corporate governance.

Prior experience with MENA region legal and compliance frameworks preferred.

Strong understanding of contracts, anti-bribery, and healthcare compliance regulations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end legal and compliance advisory across MENA operations.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and internal policies.

Ensure compliance with regional laws and internal ethical standards.

Advise management on corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Partner with business and operational teams to mitigate legal risks.
