A leading corporate practice is looking for experienced lawyers to join their Hyderabad office, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. This role offers exposure to high-value, international transactions and complex corporate advisory work.
Eligibility:

4–8 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in cross-border M&A

Strong knowledge of corporate law, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to work in a dynamic corporate legal environment
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advise on cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions

Conduct due diligence, draft agreements, and support deal structuring

Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on international transactions

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions
