Eligibility:

2–6 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Prior experience handling complex corporate and project matters
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advise on M&A and real estate-related transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts

Conduct due diligence and support deal structuring

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on transactional and regulatory matters
