Eligibility:

Experience: 3–6 years post-qualification experience (PQE).

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, client management abilities, and an interest in working across international and technology-driven legal projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.

Providing corporate and commercial legal advice to clients across sectors.

Handling matters involving data protection, privacy compliance, and digital regulations.

Collaborating with KPMG professionals across tax, advisory, and consulting teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.
