About the Competition
This moot court provides students with practical experience in understanding, interpreting, and defending social rights as human rights under the European Social Charter. Participants will argue before panels of distinguished judges and experts in international and human rights law.

Roles and Responsibilities

Form a team and prepare written and oral submissions based on a case related to the European Social Charter.
