About the Opportunity:
The Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) invites submissions for the Harvard Arbitration Blog, a leading platform for thoughtful, accessible, and analytically grounded writing on commercial and investment arbitration. Authors worldwide—students, practitioners, academics—are encouraged to contribute short, research-backed commentaries that go beyond case summaries to offer critical insights and forward-looking perspectives.
Eligibility:

Open to students, practitioners, and academics with an interest in arbitration.

Submissions must reflect original analysis and adhere to academic integrity standards.

Authors must follow HIALSA’s Writing Guidelines and Editorial Policies.
Roles and Responsibilities (For Contributors):

Submit a 1,000–1,500 word article written in an accessible and analytical tone.

Ensure all research sources are properly cited using Bluebook (22nd edition).

Provide thematic reflections, critical analysis, or commentary on emerging issues in arbitration.

Disclose any conflicts of interest, professional involvement, or use of AI tools as per policy.

Incorporate hyperlinks where relevant and keep footnotes minimal.

Revise drafts promptly if requested by the HIALSA Publications Team.
