About:
Madison Pearl, a leading legal recruitment firm, is partnering exclusively with a top Middle Eastern law firm to identify an experienced Junior/Mid-Level Corporate Advisory & Regulatory Associate for its Dubai office. The position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, cross-border legal team handling complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory mandates across multiple jurisdictions.
Eligibility:

1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate advisory and regulatory work.

Candidates must be based in the UAE.

Open to common law or civil law qualified solicitors.

Prior experience in private practice and cross-border advisory matters preferred.

Arabic fluency is not required.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.

Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Support senior lawyers in managing international client portfolios.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s global network.
