SAFCO International, a leading name in the food and distribution sector, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Legal Counsel to strengthen its Legal & Compliance team in the UAE. The role will provide exposure to a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, with a focus on contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and M&A.
Eligibility
-
3–5 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house)

Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations (UAE experience is mandatory)

Background in commercial contracts and compliance

Experience in the F&B/distribution sector preferred

M&A experience desirable
Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the Legal & Compliance Counsel in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues

Support M&A transactions and corporate governance processes

Provide legal support across business operations, with a focus on the food & distribution sector
