About the Role
The position involves assisting in litigation before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, APTEL, and other forums. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a strong foundation in litigation practice.
Eligibility

Experience: 0–1 year in litigation.

Preferred Exposure: Matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and APTEL.

Strong research, drafting, and court procedure understanding will be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings, research notes, and case briefs.

Assisting senior counsel in hearings and case preparation.

Coordinating filings and follow-ups before various courts.
