About the Opportunity
Shrivastava and Kesarwani Law Associates is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate at our Jabalpur (M.P.) office. The role offers an excellent opportunity to engage in diverse civil and criminal litigation matters and gain hands-on experience in court practice as well as drafting.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work efficiently on digital platforms such as laptops and tablets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting petitions, bail applications, appeals, arbitration petitions, and related legal documents.
- Appearing before various courts in Jabalpur and, when required, at other locations.
- Assisting in case preparation and strategy under the guidance of senior advocates.
