About the Organisation:
Harish Joshi & Co. is a Mumbai-based law firm with over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution and real estate. The firm regularly represents clients before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, Arbitral Tribunals, Co-operative Court, Consumer Forums, the Court of Small Causes, and various other forums and tribunals.
Eligibility:

Batch of 2024 or 2025 (0–1 year PQE)

Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
-
Ability to take responsibility for end-to-end handling of matters

Willingness to work in a physical, on-site role

Joining by December 2025
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Independently assist on assigned matters as the primary junior advocate
-
Appear before various courts and tribunals across Mumbai
-
Draft pleadings and prepare case briefs
-
Conduct detailed legal research
-
Attend conferences and meetings with counsels and clients
-
Liaise with clients and provide ongoing legal support
-
Maintain organised documentation and matter files
