Peritum Partners, a leading law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Associate to join their Chennai office. The role involves IP advisory, prosecution, and opposition across trademarks, copyrights, and patents, offering exposure to high-value and complex IP matters.
Eligibility:

LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

1–2 years of relevant experience in intellectual property law.

Strong interest and understanding of IP law.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, file, and prosecute trademark, copyright, and patent applications.

Liaise with outstation counsel, investors, and R&D teams for technical details and supporting documents.

Conduct preliminary IP due diligence and assist in compliance review of patent applications before filing.

Support senior partners and IP team in strategic advisory matters.
