A boutique professional services firm with a strong international footprint is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to join its team remotely. The role is ideal for an experienced lawyer who values autonomy, purpose, and balance over the long hours and high pressure of traditional law firm environments.
Eligibility:

Qualified lawyer with 3–7 years of experience, ideally from a reputed law firm or professional services background.

Familiarity with UAE legal frameworks and cross-border commercial transactions.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Self-managed, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and client/supplier contracts.

Advise on compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.

Support management on corporate, HR, and commercial matters.

Liaise with external counsel for specialized legal advice.

Maintain organized records and contract templates for efficiency.
