Eligibility

Position 1: 3–5 years of litigation experience

Position 2: 5–10 years of litigation experience

Position 3: 10–15 years of litigation experience
Practicing Advocates will be given preference.
Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings and conducting legal research
-
Handling and analysing case laws
-
Dealing with matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Arbitration, SARFAESI Act, and writs

Providing effective legal support and strategy for ongoing litigation matters
