Eligibility:

J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Admission (or ability to obtain admission) to the Minnesota or Washington bar.

At least 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant work visas (L-1, H-1B, O-1, TN, E-3, E-2), PERM labor certification, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 petitions, I-9 and E-Verify advice.

Excellent English writing skills and ability to manage substantial caseloads.

Native Mandarin fluency preferred (optional).
Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications.

Support and train clients in immigration program management and compliance.

Supervise paralegal staff in recordkeeping and document preparation.

Work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients and projects.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $225,000 – $265,000 (Minneapolis applicants), with options for lower billable-hours track.
