About the Role
Outsource 360 is currently hiring a Tax Lawyer with 2–4 years of experience in taxation related to the US, UAE, or UK. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for professionals seeking to work on cross-border tax matters in a dynamic and fast-paced international legal outsourcing environment. As part of a collaborative and learning-focused team, you’ll be working on high-impact tax issues and your contributions will be valued. Salary ranges from ₹2.7 to ₹5.2 LPA, depending on experience.
Eligibility Criteria

2–4 years of hands-on experience in tax law specific to the US, UAE, or UK

Background in tax advisory and compliance work

Strong legal drafting and research capabilities

Excellent client communication and attention to detail
Note: Candidates without relevant jurisdictional tax experience should not apply.
Roles and Responsibilities

Provide advisory and compliance support on international tax matters

Work on issues including international tax planning, FATCA, GILTI, PFICs, double taxation treaties, and entity structuring

Deliver quality legal research and well-drafted opinions in cross-border contexts

Engage effectively with clients and internal teams on complex tax issues
