Eligibility:

Minimum 5 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, especially software-related agreements.

Strong understanding of SaaS, EULA, SLA, and Procurement Agreements.

Experience with Data Privacy Agreements will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
