A leading tier-1 law firm is seeking to onboard a high-calibre environmental litigation lawyer. The role is suited for Senior Associate/Principal Associate level professionals with strong expertise in environmental and regulatory laws.
Eligibility:

5–9 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.

Strong background in environmental law, mining law, regulatory compliance, eco-sensitive zones, and environmental clearances.

Extensive experience handling matters before the Supreme Court of India.

Familiarity with government agencies, tribunals such as the NGT, Mining Tribunal, and other forums.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle high-stakes litigation in environmental and regulatory matters.

Represent clients before the Supreme Court, tribunals, and government agencies.

Provide strategic advice on compliance, eco-sensitive zones, mining regulations, and environmental clearances.

Ensure adherence to procedural requirements and timelines across forums.
