Eligibility:
- LL.B. from a reputable law school
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in disputes and litigation
- Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
- Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before trial and appellate courts, including High Court, City Civil Court, District Courts, and Tribunals
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions of high quality
- Provide strategic legal advice and support in complex dispute resolution
- Engage in client advisory, case preparation, and courtroom advocacy
