About the Role
HCLTech is inviting applications for the position of Deputy Manager – Legal to join its in-house legal team at the Noida office. This role is suited for experienced legal professionals with a strong background in IT outsourcing and contract negotiations.
Position: Deputy Manager – Legal
Location: Noida (Preference for candidates based in Noida or Delhi)
Experience Required: 5–6+ years
Key Responsibilities

Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks in vendor and customer agreements

Provide legal inputs and mark-ups to mitigate such risks

Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts including vendor agreements, letters of intent, and commercial proposals

Offer legal support for contract management, particularly for geo-legal work in the EMEA region

Engage in negotiations with internal teams and external counsel

Mentor junior members of the legal team

Must have hands-on experience with IT outsourcing contracts
