About the Role:
EY India is inviting applications from experienced Data Privacy professionals to join its growing Cyber Security & Data Privacy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact privacy compliance projects, collaborate with global clients, and contribute to shaping robust data protection frameworks in an evolving regulatory environment.
Eligibility:

Experience: 1–6 years in data privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance domains.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27001, or ISO 27701 are preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key Skills & Experience:
-
In-depth understanding of data protection laws such as India DPDPA, GDPR, and CCPA.

Experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs), privacy gap analyses, and preparing RoPA, DFDs, and policy documents.

Hands-on experience with privacy tech platforms like OneTrust, BigID, or Securiti.ai.

Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 frameworks and best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Supporting clients in privacy compliance implementation and audits.

Developing privacy frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and governance processes.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure end-to-end privacy compliance.

Conducting training and awareness sessions on privacy and data protection laws.
