About the Role:
Accenture is hiring experienced Data Privacy professionals for its Gurgaon client location. This full-time, on-site role offers an opportunity to lead privacy initiatives, design frameworks, and implement compliance systems aligned with major data protection laws such as GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct privacy reviews and gap assessments; develop privacy frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with DPDPA requirements.

Apply Privacy by Design principles within enterprise-level business processes.

Implement and maintain privacy management modules in tools like OneTrust or Securiti.ai, covering Data Discovery, Classification, DPIA, Cookie & Consent Management, and Incident Management.

Support Data Security Posture Management and conduct PIA/DPIA and third-party risk assessments.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the team, offering guidance on privacy governance and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 13 years of overall experience in Information Security and Data Privacy.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with GDPR, DPDPA, and related frameworks (DSR, DPIA, Consent, Cookie, TPRM, RoPA).

2+ years of experience in Data Discovery, Classification, Governance, and Mapping.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Certifications in OneTrust or Securiti.ai are preferred.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon and work on-site five days a week.
