Eligibility

Experience: Minimum 9 years of hands-on operational experience in data privacy programs.

Qualifications: Certification such as CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent preferred.

Familiarity with DPDPA, GDPR, and international privacy frameworks.

Strong understanding of compliance control procedures and IT control frameworks.

Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English.
Roles and Responsibilities

Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in implementing the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and embedding compliance measures across functions.

Manage Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRRs) and coordinate privacy incident responses.

Conduct internal audits, monitor adherence to privacy laws, and develop risk mitigation plans.

Contribute to policy updates, training programs, and privacy awareness initiatives.

Support the global privacy team in handling cross-jurisdictional privacy issues.

Prepare executive dashboards and risk reports on privacy compliance metrics.
