Role: Customer Success & Revenue Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Maintain and monitor the health of the Customer Success (CS) and delivery pipeline

  • Track key metrics: pipeline creation, closed-lost, closed-won, renewals, churn, upsell

  • Collaborate on monthly and quarterly CS forecasting and performance tracking

  • Update CRM forecasts and calculate revenue outlook on a weekly basis

2. Process Optimization

  • Refine and enforce the CS playbook across different customer segments

  • Identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and enable better customer engagement

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain hygiene and accuracy across CRM, CS tools, and onboarding platforms

  • Build intuitive dashboards and performance reports to drive strategic decisions

  • Provide actionable data insights for CS teams to achieve revenue and retention targets

4. Revenue Operations Support

  • Streamline booking, billing, and revenue realization processes

  • Manage deal desk operations: validate proposals, align contracts, and support planning

  • Assist in budgeting and revenue forecasting activities specific to CS functions

5. Implementation Support

  • Track onboarding status and implementation progress across all accounts

  • Maintain accurate data for customer lifecycle milestones and engagement metrics

6. Enablement & Training

  • Contribute to onboarding and continuous training of CS team members

  • Automate workflows and re-engineer customer journey touchpoints across the Book-to-Cash cycle


Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Ops / CS Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools: Salesforce, HubSpot

  • Familiarity with onboarding and CS tools: Rocketlane, EverAfter, Planhat, Gainsight, or ChurnZero

  • Strong data proficiency: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau

  • Strong documentation and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of Causal, Mosaic, biglittle.ai, or other revenue intelligence platforms

  • Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics

  • Experience in workflow automation or process re-engineering in fast-paced startup environments
