Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Monitor Customer Success (CS) pipeline health across individual reps, team leads, and the organization.

  • Track key performance metrics such as pipeline creation, closed-won/lost deals.

  • Assist in forecasting monthly and quarterly outcomes related to renewals, upsells, churn, and contractions.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate forecast categories in the CRM and deliver weekly revenue projections.

Process Improvement & Playbook Execution

  • Refine, standardize, and enforce the CS playbook across different customer segments.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to accelerate deal closures and enhance customer engagement.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain data hygiene across CRM, project management tools, and CS platforms.

  • Build insightful reports and dashboards for leadership to support decision-making.

  • Provide timely insights and resources that enable the CS team to meet performance goals.

Revenue Operations

  • Drive efficiencies in commercial processes to support faster revenue recognition.

  • Oversee deal desk operations and validate commercial proposals against existing contracts.

  • Assist in planning and budgeting activities that impact customer success revenue.

Implementation Support

  • Coordinate with the Implementation team to track onboarding progress and customer project status.

  • Update and maintain accurate project data across customer accounts.

Training & Enablement

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training efforts to improve productivity and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead workflow re-engineering and automation initiatives across the customer lifecycle (Book-to-Cash process).


Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in Sales or Customer Success Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS company or startup.

Tools and Technical Proficiency:

  • CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot

  • Onboarding/CS Tools: Rocketlane, EverAfter

  • CS Platforms: Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero

  • Data & Reporting: Excel (Advanced), Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio; familiarity with R or Python is a plus

  • Revenue Intelligence (preferred): Causal, Biglittle.ai, Mosaic

  • Productivity: Google Suite, Microsoft Office
