Eligibility:

1–4 years of work experience in corporate law.

Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, or Venture Capital transactions.

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A, PE, and VC deals.
