About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is open for the position of Contract Manager / Senior Manager – Legal under the leadership of Abhishek Dutt, Associate Director – Legal. The role involves managing complex U.S. contracting processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare and privacy law frameworks, and contributing to high-value commercial negotiations. This is a full-time, work-from-office position offering significant exposure to international legal operations.
Eligibility:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law from a recognized university.

Strong understanding of U.S. contracting, healthcare regulations, and privacy laws (including HIPAA and PCI DSS).

5–10 years of relevant experience in contract management or legal compliance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex U.S. commercial contracts.

Advising on compliance with healthcare, information security, and privacy standards.
