About the Opportunity:
Ernst & Young (EY), one of the world’s leading professional services firms, is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Consultant – Indirect Tax at its Pune office. This role offers young professionals an opportunity to work on complex GST matters, compliance reviews, and advisory engagements while gaining exposure to India’s evolving tax ecosystem.
Eligibility:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in GST or Indirect Tax.
- Candidates with knowledge or prior experience in Customs and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in GST advisory, compliance, and litigation support.
- Conduct tax research and provide insights on complex indirect tax issues.
- Support clients in audits, reconciliations, and tax structuring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end indirect tax solutions.
