About the Opportunity
The Centre for Business and Commercial Laws (CBCL), National Law Institute University, Bhopal, has opened submissions for the 11th NLIU–Trilegal Summit on Corporate and Commercial Laws, 2026. The Summit is a flagship national event that brings together students, researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to engage with emerging debates in corporate and commercial law. Selected submissions will be published in the NLIU–Trilegal Summit Book, and the top entries will receive exciting awards.

Eligibility
Eligible authors must be pursuing LL.B. (Hons.) / LL.B. / LL.M. from any recognised university for the academic year 2025–2026.

Submission Categories
Participants can submit manuscripts in the following formats:

  • Long articles (4000–7000 words)

  • Short articles (2000–4000 words)

  • Legislative comments (2000–4000 words)

  • Case comments (2000–4000 words)

  • Book reviews (1000–3000 words)

Roles and Responsibilities (What Authors Are Expected to Do)

  • Submit original and unpublished manuscripts in line with the themes and sub-themes of corporate and commercial laws.

  • Ensure the submission adheres to the required formatting guidelines and includes an abstract, originality statement, and copyright form.

  • Prepare for presentation before an expert panel if selected among the top fifteen submissions.

  • Contribute thoughtful, analytical, and innovative perspectives backed by research and relevant legal sources.
