Eligibility

3–6 years of post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance law

Roles and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents including loan agreements, security documents, and inter-creditor agreements

Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues in financing transactions

Assist in structuring and execution of banking and finance deals across sectors

Liaise with financial institutions, corporates, and regulatory authorities

Manage multiple transactions while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work
