Eligibility

Law graduates with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience.

Prior experience in real estate advisory and transactions, especially redevelopment projects, will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities

Providing legal advisory support on real estate transactions.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents related to redevelopment projects.

Conducting due diligence and title verification.

Assisting in structuring deals and coordinating with stakeholders.

Supporting the team on compliance and regulatory aspects of real estate law.
