About the Role
King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK), a leading law firm, is hiring Associates and Senior Associates for its Real Estate practice in Bangalore. The firm is looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in real estate transactions, documentation, and due diligence.
Eligibility

Associate (2 Positions): Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate

Senior Associate (2 Positions): Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate

Background: Candidates from both law firms and in-house real estate legal teams are encouraged to apply

Language Requirement: Proficiency in the local vernacular language is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities

Draft and review real estate agreements, lease deeds, sale deeds, and related documentation

Conduct title due diligence and property verifications

Advise clients on real estate compliance, land laws, and property transactions

Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain legal documentation
