About the Role
Anoma Legal is expanding its Fintech Regulatory Team in Bangalore and is currently hiring for three associate positions. We are looking for lawyers with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong interest in financial regulation and innovation.
Eligibility & Requirements

2–3 years PQE in legal practice.

Experience advising on Fintech regulations under frameworks by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, etc.

Prior work involving drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly those with fintechs and regulated financial entities.

Exposure to debt capital markets or a broader debt practice is desirable.

Background in Banking & Finance or Fintech law is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities

Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and structuring for fintech products and platforms.

Draft and negotiate contracts including partnership agreements and service arrangements.

Provide transactional support on debt financing and structured finance deals.

Monitor and interpret evolving financial sector regulations.
